I’m starting to get the Halloween decorating bug! I picked up a few fun Halloween decorating ideas while antiquing from Maine to Vermont a few days ago. And then with a visit to the Vermont Vintage Market Days over the weekend, my mantel decor concept was complete!
Welcome to the “Halloween Vintage Mantel”
In collaboration with Lindt Lindor Chocolate.
Oh my, this mannequin head grabbed my attention first thing at Hutchins Antiques in Maine! I didn’t know quite what I was going to do with it, but she’s definitely a little creepy… So I teased her hair, placed her in a basket that I also found at the same antique mall, and filled it up with Maple leaves from our backyard Maple tree.
Then I found this old mink shall at the same antique mall (remember these), another item that I always thought was a bit creepy…
I spied these vintage goblets at the Vermont Vintage Market Days for $5! SCORE!!
How cute are these loaded up with Lindt Lindor Chocolates?
I then found a skeleton print at another shop I stopped at for $10, and thought “this would be the perfect piece to center the vintage Halloween mantel around!”

With a few more scattered Maple leaves, along with a few other Halloween items that I already had on hand, this vintage Halloween mantel started to come together!
Have you ever had Lindt Lindor Chocolates before?
If you haven’t, they are sooo amazing and worthy of any adult Halloween indulgence!
