Hi friends, if you’ve been following me, you’ve seen this amazing vintage wooden toolbox I found antiquing in Vermont for $28.00!! To see all the finds from this Vermont Antiquing Day, stop by Decorating with an Antique Haul. I went intending to find a vintage piece for a table centerpiece, and I was so thrilled when I found this vintage toolbox. I luv creating weekend table centerpieces that showcase a warm and inviting vibe for friends and family that may stop in. This antique toolbox became the foundation for this simple weekend centerpiece.
I layered in some simple oversized Turkish white plates that I found antiquing. And I fell in luv with how simple and stylish the two together looked!
A simple milk-white bud vase filled with a couple of garden flowers keeps with simplicity along with a little color.
I have been collecting antique blue items to accentuate our white farmhouse dining room. It’s such a soft warm color I am enjoying this year. And this little antique rod iron piece adds just that, along with a little texture to the farmhouse table.
